(KNSI) — Redhead Creamery in Brooten is hosting its fifth annual Curd Fest on June 17th.
Curd Fest will feature squeaky fresh cheese curds, of course, but there will also be local food makers, vendors, live music on two stages, hard cider, wine, beer, and food trucks. Watch the celebrity milking competition, check out the afternoon crew harvesting hundreds of pounds of milk from the herd, or squeeze a calf at Cow Camp. Jupiter Moon in St. Joseph will be there with ice cream. Princess Kay of the Milky Way is scheduled to make an appearance.
People can shop, stroll, sip, munch, and dance through the festival from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Admission is $12 on pre-order, which ends June 15th. Tickets at the door are $15. Ages 12 and under get in free.
