(KNSI) – The City of Sartell let the public have a sneak peek at what the future of the Pine Ridge Golf Course could look like in a Facebook post Tuesday evening.

There are several photos of what the new clubhouse and restaurant would look like if the property is sold to Three Tees LLC. The renderings also show an outdoor patio and pro shop, plus a new parking lot.

The council tabled the motion considering the purchase agreement for $426,000 at its May 8th meeting. It will pick the issue up again with a vote expected on May 22nd. A clause in the agreement would force the property to remain a nine-hole course for at least 30 years.

The city’s website has been updated with a look at the process from the start in August 2022. It explains the reasons why the council is looking to sell the 81-acre parcel and lists the four parties that expressed interest, plus their presentations in January to the council. You can also find a copy of the appraisal and answers to a host of other questions that came up during the May 8th council debate.
