(KNSI) – A man suffered a head injury after crashing an ATV near Clearwater.
The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office says 41-year-old Nicholas Reis was riding in the Clearwater Forest Campground on Friday night when he lost control. First responders arrived at the crash scene in Fairhaven Township and found Reis. He was the only person riding the ATV at the time.
The South Haven man was rushed to CentraCare-St. Cloud Hospital for treatment. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
Reis’ current condition wasn’t released.
