(KNSI) – The Beaver Island Trail will be patched up beginning on Monday.
From the dam to Sportsman’s Island Road, the track will be resurfaced entirely. To the south, the pavement is scheduled to be crack-sealed and fog coated. The Scenic River Trail from Cooper Avenue to 33rd Street South will also be affected.
Due to the work, sections of the trail will be closed intermittently. The southern end, or terminus, is off-limits for the duration of the project. The repaving should wrap up by July 1st.
