(4-1) Cathedral 1, Mora 0: A gem of a pitching duel between Jackson Phillipp and Mora’s James Oslin went to the bottom of the seventh inning before the winning run touched home plate. With one out, Crusader second baseman Cooper Kosiba blooped a hit down the right field line that turned into a double. He advanced to third on a fielder’s choice groundball from Tommy Gohman. Trevor Fleege skied a fly ball in shallow centerfield. Mora’s Levi Dunsmore lost track of it and couldn’t make the play. The error allowed Kosiba to come home.
