(KNSI) – The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development is hosting several training sessions on its labor market information tools.
Several data series can be useful for job placement services and corporate HR employees, plus people looking for work. Training sessions are planned to teach people how to do a deep dive into the latest unemployment figures or learn about the cost of living in the area, what jobs offer a wage that can meet it, and have access to a brief profile of each career.
There are six virtual sessions, starting on Thursday, May 11th. You can register here. One in-person class will be held in the St. Cloud area, scheduled for Wednesday, May 31st, from 10:00 a.m. to noon. Attendance is capped at 25 people at Career Solutions at 1542 Northway Drive near St. Cloud Technical and Community College. You will need a laptop for the demonstration.
