(KNSI) – The Bernick Family Foundation has donated $15,000 to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota for its CareerSTART program.
The initiative creates partnerships with different companies to connect kids to educational opportunities at St. Cloud Technical and Community College and beyond. The workforce development program teaches kids the skills employers seek in the St. Cloud area.
CareerSTART students can participate in junior staff career development, culinary arts, construction trades, creating entrepreneurial opportunities program, robotics, digital technology, and more than 56 career modules through other partnerships.
