(KNSI) – The Minnesota State Patrol has released the names of two people who were severely injured during a two-vehicle crash near Roscoe on Thursday.
A Chevy Silverado driven by a 68-year-old man from New London rear-ended a 1986 Oldsmobile sedan at 6:35 a.m. on Highway 23. The two men in the car were not wearing their seat belts. The 35-year-old driver from Fort Ripley went to North Memorial Hospital where he is fighting for his life. The 22-year-old passenger, Luke Andrew Jacobs of Little Falls, was killed.
The Silverado driver was taken to Paynesville Hospital and his injuries are non-life-threatening.
