(KNSI) — Authorities say approximately 45,000 fentanyl pills and a kilo of cocaine are off the street after a major drug bust.

The Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office says its Violent Offender Task Force coordinated with local agencies in southern Minnesota stemming from an ongoing investigation in the twin cities. One of the suspects was returning to Minnesota “with a large quantity of narcotics.” Detectives traveled to the area and found the suspects who were searched and found the drugs.

Four people were arrested at the scene. Cortez Ananias Williams and Savontray Orlando Dwayne Collins are now facing first degree felony drug charges.
