(KNSI) – Social media was buzzing on Wednesday as National Signing Day announcements came fast and furious.
February 1st is the deadline for a high school football player to commit to a college program for the fall. Rivals Sartell and Sauk Rapids-Rice played two very close games in 2022. They’ll each have three seniors going on to the next level.

Parker Knutson, wide receiver/cornerback (Southwest Minnesota State University)
Cole Hentges, quarterback (University of Mary)
Will Mahowald, offensive lineman (St. John’s University)
Sauk Rapids-Rice
Cooper Walder, offensive lineman (Northern State University)
Travis Biery, defensive lineman (University of Mary)
Keegan Patterson, defensive back (Southwest Minnesota State University)
St. Cloud Tech High School said it will make public football announcements later this spring when other sports have signing day ceremonies.
