(KNSI) — Minnesota Senate Agriculture Chair Aric Putnam will host an ag town hall at a local sunflower oil company.
On Friday, Senator Putnam and House Chair Samantha Vang want to hear from farmers about ambitions and concerns and how the legislature can assist them, expand markets, promote rural development and create opportunities for new farmers.
The session is on January 20th from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Smude Sunflower Oil, 500 Centennial Drive, in Pierz.
