(KNSI) — The 2022 Gratitude on Repeat winners have been announced.
Leighton Broadcasting’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Stephanie Theisen, revealed a repeat selection for the St. Cloud area. Ruff Start Rescue was chosen again after first earning the honor in 2018.
The organization focuses specifically on at-risk animals, anything from cats and dogs to ferrets, guinea pigs, and other household animals. The animal rescue maintains only a small kennel. Instead, they manage a network of foster homes and volunteers to save thousands of creatures each year.
Theisen says the organization will win 21 radio advertisements per week for a full three months. Representatives from the nonprofit will have a chance to meet with a Leighton account executive to create three different scripts to use during the campaign.

-Cornerstone Community and Youth Center (Detroit Lakes)
-Someplace Safe (Fergus Falls)
-United Way of Grand Forks (North Dakota)
-Home and Community Options (Winona)
Nonprofits were submitted to Leighton Broadcasting through an online form. The organization in each market with the most submissions earns the advertising campaign.
