(KNSI) – St. Cloud is getting ready to approve stores selling THC-infused edibles at Monday’s city council meeting.
These are the first nine cannabinoid applications received and processed by the city. Each store must pay a $500 license fee and a $500 investigation fee. The stores applying include:
320 Smoke Shop-2820 2nd Street South
CBD Hempdropz of St Cloud-3417 West Division Street
Jules’ Bistro-921 West St Germain Street
Mr. Smoke-4101 W Division Street
Mr. Nice Guys-616 2nd Street South
Profusion CBD of St Cloud-10 Washington Memorial Drive
Pure Pleasure-510 Highway 10 North
St. Cloud Tobacco-3411 W Division Street
St. Cloud Tobacco & Vape-310 Lincoln Ave SE
Each application must pass a background check and review by building inspectors, the fire department, health inspectors, legal teams, the police department, and the planning committee.
The city council can approve the licenses, deny them, or table them for another meeting. The item is listed in the consent agenda of the St. Cloud City Council Packet.
