(KNSI) – Members of the Sartell Police and Fire Departments are growing out their facial hair for a good cause.
Since November 1st, the two departments have been combining their forces to create awareness for The Beautiful Mind Project. The non-profit helps people living with mental illness.
The two sides are asking the public to check out the member’s new growth and donate to the cause. Visitors to the department’s Facebook Page can pick their favorite beard or mustache by leaving a note in the comments section.
