(KNSI) – State Representative Tim O’Driscoll gave the team at Alliance Imaging a copy of a house resolution recognizing them as part of National Radiologic Technology Week on Tuesday, November 8th.
Alliance first opened in 2021 and is located in south St. Cloud. It offers CT scans, mammograms, MRIs, ultrasounds, and more. The resolution presented was signed by O’Driscoll, Speaker Melissa Hortman, and Rules and Legislation Committee Chair Ryan Winkler.
Alliance says the secret to its success is excellent customer service. The company’s Net Promoter Score, which measures patient satisfaction, stands at 93%.
