(KNSI) – Police say a Ring doorbell camera helped lead police to a woman suspected of burglarizing homes on St. Cloud’s east side.

Investigators say they arrested 35-year-old Katrina May Johnson on Tuesday evening on several outstanding warrants. The St. Cloud woman is a suspect in multiple burglaries and thefts in the city. Johnson was arrested in the 1500-block of 16th Avenue Southeast and taken to the Benton County Jail.

She was arrested on felony and gross misdemeanor warrants for theft and receiving stolen property out of Lakeville. She is also being held on probable cause for multiple burglaries and thefts in St. Cloud.

Police say the break in the case came when a St. Cloud resident’s camera caught the woman in the act. She has been charged in Benton County District Court with multiple counts of 2nd-degree burglary, 3rd-degree burglary and theft.
