(KNSI) – A 52-year-old man from Bloomington is lodged in the Morrison County Jail after a suspected DWI incident Friday night in Swanville.
He was driving, along with a passenger who lives in the area. They were on Balcony Road when their vehicle collided with two parked cars.
The driver had only minor injuries but the other man, also 52 years old, had to be taken to St. Gabriel’s Hospital for treatment.
The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office says the accidents happened just before 9:30. An investigation into the matter is still ongoing. No charges have been filed as of early Tuesday afternoon, but they are pending.
