(KNSI) — St. Cloud police arrested a man on Monday for indecent exposure, but they didn’t have to go far to find him.
A woman driving by the St. Cloud Police Department called 911 to say she saw a man exposing himself outside the building. An officer inside the building said he saw the suspect, 44-year-old Terry Rice, on video pulling his pants down to show his bare bottom through the windows and pressing his genitals up against the windows of the police station. According to the criminal complaint, Rice told officers to arrest him.
Court records show Rice pled guilty in 2018 to third-degree criminal sexual conduct and was on probation at the time of the incident on Monday.
Conditional bail was set at $200.
