(KNSI) — The St. Cloud Police Department is issuing a level three predatory offender notification after a change of address.
Demetrius Leonardo Duncan has moved to a home on the 1300 block of 2nd Street Northeast. Duncan engaged in sexual contact with an unknown adult female. Contact included penetration. Duncan gained access by
entering her residence without permission while she was sleeping. Force and a weapon were used to gain compliance.
Duncan is not new to St. Cloud and has lived here previously. A public notification meeting was held on December 10th, 2014.
