(KNSI) – It’s out with the old and in with the new as the old St. Cloud City Hall comes down.

Drivers on Highway 23/Division Street should be on the lookout for single-lane traffic between 4th and 5th Avenues South from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for the next few days so crews can safely tear down the structure.
The former St. Cloud City Hall building has stood at the corner of 4th and Division for 98 years. The city moved into its new digs in the historic portion of the old Tech High School this past spring.
The demolition clears the way for a new Bremer Bank location and commercial development.
