(KNSI) — The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is investigating after a dead body was found inside a car.
The Meeker County Sheriff’s Office says they were alerted to the grim discovery at 6:11 Monday morning after someone saw the body in the car, which was parked alongside a road in Greenleaf Township. Detectives identified the man as 39-year-old Jason Sutter of Hutchinson.
The Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office will conduct an autopsy to determine the cause and manner of death. The investigation is active, and police are asking anyone with information or who may have seen Sutter in the days leading up to his death to please contact them.
