(KNSI) — St. Cloud is poised to approve a new housing development on the city’s south side.
Up to 110 units would be built in the Stone Gate West’s development north of the new Tech High School.
The developer is asking for approval to build up to 48 townhomes and 18 twin homes at 3000 County Road 74. The project would also include a future phase of up to 44 single-family homes.
St. Cloud’s planning commission has recommended approval. If the council approves the plan, a public hearing on the project will be held on August 8th.
The meeting is at 6 p.m. on Monday.
