Construction Planned On Riverside Avenue Near Highway 15

(KNSI) – Another Sartell construction project on County Road 1 could potentially cause headaches for motorists. The new work zone involves the busy intersection with Highway 15.

The Stearns County Highway Department says Riverside Avenue will be down to one lane and that will affect the double left turn that transitions traffic from north Highway 15 onto west County Road 1.

The work will create a new connecting access point between Riverside Avenue and businesses on the north end of the road. It is the third construction project this year on County Road 1 between Sartell and the Rice Bridge.
