(KNSI) — Now that you have grown up, you can still be a Toys R Us kid, but you’ll have to go to a St. Cloud area department store to do it.
Macy’s says it will put a Toys R Us in every single store in time for the holidays. The roll out of the pop up shops starts later this month and should be finished by mid-October as reinforcements for Santa are called in a bit early.
A press release says, “The Toys R Us brand will come to life in-store with playful colored fixtures as well as hands-on demonstration tables for customers to interact with various toy assortments. The Toys R Us shops will also feature a life-size Geoffrey on a Bench photo opportunity for families.”
To celebrate the openings, all Macy’s stores will host nine days of in-store events, beginning October 15th through October 23rd, which will include family friendly activities and daily giveaways from brands like Barbie®, LEGO®, and more.
The brand’s toy selection was made available online through a special area on Macy’s website or directly through the Toys R Us website starting last summer.
