(KNSI) – As Aqua once sang, “Feel the glamor in pink.”

The residence at 630 Riverside Drive Southeast in St. Cloud is up for sale. You might know it better as The Barbie House and there is plenty of pink. From the living room to the kitchen, it’s mixed in with retro 1940s charm.

The Instagram account Zillow Gone Wild featured the home in a post earlier this week, garnering tens of thousands of likes and comments. Realtor Dolly Langer says it is the first time one of her listings has taken the internet by storm.

On top of that, she doesn’t normally work in the St. Cloud market.

Langer says, “The person selling this home, the owner of the home, has been my client for a long time. I helped him sell his last home, and purchase this home in 2018. So we stayed in touch, we’re good friends. I’ve helped purchase two homes in St Cloud. This is my first listing.”

Langer says the fame and attention doesn’t change her approach to selling the home. She says it is the kind of home where the right person will be all in. She says she has tried to create a listing that is honest about its quirks and will attract someone who values its distinct aesthetic.

“I try to really accentuate that there is a lot of original details intact, that it’s unique and really something to behold. So, I just really try to express that.”

Langer says the home is older, but it is exceptionally maintained. It has had only two owners in its entire existence. The asking price is $250,000 for the over 2,000 square foot home along the Mississippi River.

Langer says homes are staying on the market longer today than in recent years, but they are still moving fast compared to historical norms.
