(KNSI) – A two-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon sent three people to the hospital for treatment. The Saint Cloud Police Department says 21-year-old Makayah Neely was driving south on 12th Avenue SE when she failed to stop at an intersection.
Driving east on 11th Street SE was a car driven by 62-year-old John Smith and his passenger 66-year-old Kenneth Wade. Neely’s vehicle t-boned Smith’s, sending it rolling and trapping both men inside.
The St. Cloud Fire Department used the Jaws of Life to get to Smith and Wade. All three people involved were treated on scene before being taken to St. Cloud Hospital by Mayo Ambulance.
The investigation is not completed and charges are still possible.
