Pleasantview Playground Closed for the Summer

(KNSI) — Kids who live around Pleasantview Elementary School looking for a playground this summer will have to look elsewhere.

The Sauk Rapids-Rice School District says the Pleasantview playground is closed effective immediately. Crews will be tearing down the current building and working on the construction of the new building, parking lot, play area, and landscaping around it.

The site is expected to remain closed through the summer.

Sauk Rapids Municipal Park, Tower Park, and Autumn Ridge Park all have playground equipment for kids. Autumn Ridge also has a splash pad.
