(KNSI) — After a delay, the barriers are up on Interstate 94 between Hasty and Monticello.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation says all traffic from the westbound lanes has now shifted to the eastbound lanes. Monday, traffic will be down to one lane in each direction on both sides of 120th Street for topsoiling the median.
There will also be nighttime lane closures over the next week to switch to head-to-head traffic between Monticello and Hasty.
Eastbound I-94 will be down to one lane from County Road 8 to Highway 25 on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, April 25th through the 27th from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m., and Friday, April 29th from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Westbound I-94 between Highway 25 and County Road 8 will be one lane Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, April 25th to through the 27th from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 28th from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. and Friday, April 29th from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.
