(KNSI) – A 32-year-old man was arrested Saturday morning after being shot following a struggle over the gun during an argument.
Police were called just after 1:00 a.m. to a shooting in the 6000 block of Cape West Court. Investigators say the man and his 30-year-old roommate got into an argument. During the argument, one of them produced a gun, and a struggle ensued. During the struggle, the man was shot the man in the leg.
He was taken to the hospital for treatment and then booked into the Stearns County jail, where he is being held pending charges.
The details of the shooting are still under investigation.
