(KNSI) – A small gas station in South St. Cloud is getting a makeover and is under new ownership. The former SuperAmerica on the corner of 9th Avenue South and 7th Street South is getting new gas pumps and a new name.
According to permits filed with the City of St. Cloud, the station was bought by PAK LLC in St. Paul and will be called Marathon on 9th Avenue. Last week, an electrical permit was issued to remove and replace three gas pumps. A food handling license was granted on March 18th and a tobacco license was approved on February 10th.
No information was given about how long the renovation will take or when the remodeled gas station will open.
