Stearns County Launches Online Real Estate Value Map

(KNSI) – Real estate values are changing fast, but Stearns County has developed a new tool for homeowners to ensure they have the latest information. Prices have been rising quickly and the number of listings boom each spring. It’s a dynamic market this time of year.

Every recent sale is documented in an interactive map found on the county’s website. Staffers say the tool will aid residents in understanding the true worth of their own property. The tool contains two years’ worth of data for all municipalities, except for the City of St. Cloud.  It’s searchable visually, by address, or by parcel ID. Commercial and agricultural real estate transactions are also included.
