(KNSI) – Ice rinks in St. Cloud will close for the season on Monday. According to a post on the St. Cloud city website, the Lake George Warming Shelter has closed for the season, and all hockey and pleasure rinks will close Monday, March 7th.

Conditions are poor due to warming temperatures. The city staff have stopped clearing the ice and snow on Lake George and reports a water/snow mix across the surface.

Lights and hockey nets will be available through the weekend on the rest of the rinks.
