St. Cloud Man Injured in Friday Morning Crash

(KNSI) — The Minnesota State Patrol says a 37-year-old St. Cloud man was injured after hitting a semi and being ejected from his SUV.

A preliminary crash report says Corey Paul Anderson was driving his GMC Envoy east on a snow-covered Interstate 94 at milepost 179 in Clearwater Township just before 10:00 Friday morning when he lost control and sideswiped the back end of the semi-trailer. The SUV landed in the ditch. Minnesota State Patrol Sergeant Jesse Grabow said via his Twitter account that Anderson was ejected from the SUV. The crash report says Anderson was not wearing his seatbelt.

He was airlifted to Hennepin County Medical Center.
