The Minnesota State Patrol says just after 4:00, a 49-year-old man from Raymond, Minnesota, was driving a Peterbilt tractor-trailer west on Highway 23 at Highway 9 in New London Township when it collided with a southbound Chevy truck driven by 82-year-old Louis Slominski of Minto, North Dakota.
