(KNSI) — The St. Cloud Fire Department says no one was hurt, but more than $2,000 in damage was done after a fire in an apartment laundry facility Wednesday.
A critical incident report from the fire department says about 8:50, they were called for a fire in a clothes dryer at an apartment building in the 700 block of 32nd Avenue North. Firefighters contained the fire to the laundry room but did have to do ventilation of the building.
Firefighters say that everyone had gotten out of the building safely.
Damage is estimated at $2,600.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
