The Minnesota State Patrol says the crash happened at 3:37 a.m. Wednesday morning. Investigators say Frank Ebo Eshun was driving south on 30th Avenue in Rice when he collided with a 2019 International semi-truck going west on Highway 10. The truck’s driver, a 45-year-old man from Coon Rapids, was not hurt.
