(KNSI) – Two people were hurt after a shooting late Friday afternoon at the Mall of America. Bloomington Police say two people had been shot and officers are searching for the people responsible.
The shooting happened shortly before 5 p.m. The victims’ injuries were non-life-threatening, according to police.
The mall was temporarily locked down but was reopened a short time later.
Police noted it’s not an active shooter situation and the investigation into the incident is active. Police say they’re no longer looking for a suspect at the mall but haven’t said if a suspect is in custody.
