(KNSI) – Police are asking for the public’s help finding a missing teenage girl. The Anoka County Sheriff’s Office is looking for 15-year-old Halle Marie Kelly Kennedy.
She was last seen around 9:10 on Thursday morning when she left her Andover home on a black mountain bike wearing a black coat, gray sweatpants, a blue winter hat with a puffy ball on top, and black boots.
Halle is 5’02”, 105-110 pounds, with light brown curly hair and blue eyes.
