(KNSI) — The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says a woman, a teenaged runaway, and two small children have been found.
Friday evening, the Nicollet County Sheriff’s Office asked for the public’s help in finding 28-year-old Julianna Korinn Gutierrez, and three children with whom she is not allowed to have contact.
Gutierrez is currently on supervised release for first-degree criminal sexual conduct. There is also an order for protection in place barring her from contacting 15-year-old Brian Ballardo, who they say fathered her one-month-old child Benjamin Ballardo, and all three of them were missing. Police say two-year-old Matthew Herrera was also with them. Gutierrez has no legal custody of Matthew or Benjamin.
Investigators say the four of them were found safe in the state of Wyoming.
