(KNSI) — One person was hurt following a fire Monday evening in St. Cloud.
The St. Cloud Fire Department says it was called about 5:50 for a fire alarm in the 200 block of 37th Avenue North. They say combustible items left on a stovetop had started on fire but was put out by quick thinking staff before firefighters arrived on scene.
One person suffered non-life-threatening injuries. They were taken to the hospital for treatment.
The cause of the fire was ruled accidental.
