(KNSI) — 9th Avenue South in St. Cloud is back open after being closed overnight due to a downed power line.
St. Cloud police say they responded to a single vehicle car crash about 2:13 a.m. on the 400 block of 9th Avenue South. They say the car hit the pole and the driver fled the scene.
