(KNSI) – A large police presence is causing a commotion in Belgrade on Monday afternoon. According to a press release, the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office and the Belgrade-Brooten Police Department are currently involved in an ongoing investigation.
According to the statement, the incident is current and active with a significant police presence, including specialized vehicles.
Deputies say there’s no danger to the public at this time; however, the public is asked to stay away from the north side of Belgrade. Sources tell KNSI News the incident involves a person refusing to come out of a home.
