Kids and Parents Expo This Weekend

(KNSI) – The Kids and Parents Expo returns to the River’s Edge Convention Center in St. Cloud this weekend. The 17th annual event is Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Leighton Promotions and Events Director Tara Traut says it’s a family event.

“It’s super cute to watch how the kids come in and have a good time. Tickets are just $5 at the door kids 12 and under are free and then once you get in everything is free or provided.”

Traut also talked about the things to do at the expo.

“You can make a Halloween-themed photo frame or bookmark. We have pumpkin painting, laser tag, bounce houses, spooky experiments, and best of all, we will have trick or treating from 1 to 2 p.m.

There’s also a costume contest, face painting, photo booth and Balloon Twister.

The Kids and Parents Expo connects parents and kids to relevant educational, shopping, and service opportunities and businesses in the St. Cloud area.
