(KNSI) — Residents can get a look at the new Sartell public safety facility this weekend.
Saturday, the city of Sartell is hosting an open house for people to see the Sartell Police and Fire Departments, which opened last year, but since the pandemic has been largely closed off to the public. People can take tours of the $13.1 million facility and see equipment demonstrations.
The new building has more space for current and future police officers and firefighters and their equipment, including an emergency operations center, training facility, a new fire truck, and a wash bay.
The open house is from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at 501 Pine Cone Road South in Sartell.
