UPDATE: 2:30 p.m. (KNSI) – The Minnesota State Patrol has released the name of a woman killed in a crash with a semi-truck near Sauk Centre.  Troopers say 74-year-old Patricia Mary Bromenshenkel was killed in the crash. The semi-driver, 25-year-old Francois Pierre Kitshoff of Belgrade, wasn’t hurt.

(KNSI) – A woman was killed in an accident involving a semi-truck near Sauk Centre. The accident happened around 8:20 on Monday night in Getty Township.

The Minnesota State Patrol says a Kenworth semi turned left onto Highway 71 when a Chevrolet Traverse headed north crashed into the truck.

The 74-year-old driver of the SUV was killed. The Sauk Centre woman’s name will be released Tuesday afternoon. The 25-year-old semi-driver from Belgrade was not hurt.
