(KNSI) — Police in St. Cloud say they have arrested a fugitive wanted out of Indiana for three felony counts.
According to a press release, The St. Cloud Community Response Team and St. Cloud SWAT executed a search warrant about 7:45 Wednesday night at an apartment on the 2000 block of 27th Street Southeast. The search warrant was concerning an ongoing investigation in locating a man from Laporte County, Indiana.
The search warrant was carried out “without incident,” and the suspect, 40-year-old Marcus Nuell Rollins of Michigan City, Indiana, was taken into custody. He was booked into the Sherburne County Jail, where he is awaiting extradition.
Rollins has three active warrants out for his arrest for rape when compelled by force or imminent threat of force, incest, and criminal confinement under Indiana law.
