CMBA Tour of Home Starts This Weekend

(KNSI) – Take a look at your dream home during the 2021Central Minnesota Builders Association Fall Tour of Homes. The tour is this weekend and next weekend. CMBA Executive Director Wanda Schroeder says to download the CMBA Tour of Homes App before going on the tour.

“That will be updated with what homes are open on the particular weekends. The majority of them are, but we don’t want someone to just grab the magazine and drive out without using the app because that will help take you to the places that are open.”

St. Cloud Custom homebuilder Dave Werschay has three homes on the tour, and two of them are in a new part of town.

“One ia in a brand new neighborhood in sartell called The Gates at Blackberry. It’s right on the golf course and it’s just awesome. Quite culdesac. We’ve got two homes that are on tour there and the other one in The Gates is an amazing two story.”

The tour of homes features 19 homes in St. Cloud, Sartell, Sauk Rapids, St. Augusta, Richmond and Avon.
