Marco Acquires Illinois Based Copier and Printer Company

(KNSI) — St. Cloud-based Marco is expanding.

According to a press release, Marco has acquired All/Pro Office Technology of Alton, Illinois. All/Pro Office Technology is a copier and printer company. Of the acquisition, All/Pro founder Bill Moyer said in a press release, “I wanted my customers who have become my friends, to continue getting the same great service or even better than All/Pro has provided them for 29 years.”

Marco CEO Doug Albregts says the company is “pleased to expand in our Illinois market with the acquisition of All/Pro Office Technology.” In 2014, Marco bought Illinois Valley Business Equipment.

Marco has around 30,000 clients, 1,200 employees, and 50 locations. Marco specializes in business IT services, copier/printer solutions, and managed and cloud services.
