(KNSI) – A man who was wanted on a felony first-degree armed robbery warrant was arrested in Willmar early Thursday.
The CEE-VI Drug and Gang Task Force says it executed a search warrant at a home in the 200 block of 23rd Street Southeast in Willmar after a concerned citizen gave them information about the 25-year-old suspect, who had a warrant out for his arrest from Yellow Medicine County.
Authorities say they found the man during the search and took him into custody. They say they also found 25 grams of methamphetamine and cash at that location.
The man, whom the task force did not name, was taken to the Kandiyohi County Jail, where he is expected to be charged with second-degree possession of a controlled substance.
