(KNSI) – A St. Cloud man is facing drug charges for allegedly selling cocaine in Central Minnesota.

According to the Central Minnesota Violent Offender Task Force, multiple search warrants in and around the St. Cloud area were conducted relating to drug and weapons crimes.

Investigators say the 31-year-old was suspected of selling cocaine throughout the St. Cloud area.

Police say they made multiple undercover buys of cocaine from the suspect.

On Thursday, investigators pulled him over on Interstate 94 near Avon.

The man was arrested on charges of 1st-degree sale of controlled substances.

After the arrest, investigators executed several search warrants throughout Central Minnesota.

Investigators say a search in the 1300 block of 15th Street North in St. Cloud yielded:

– 4,536 grams of suspected marijuana

– 980 grams of suspected liquid THC

– 530 grams of suspected THC edibles

– 31 grams of suspected THC powder

– 42 grams of suspected THC wax

– 8.1 grams of suspected methamphetamine

– 25 grams of suspected cocaine

Along with the drugs, investigators say they located three semi-automatic handguns. One of the handguns was reported stolen.

At the time of the search warrant, the residents of the apartments were not home.

The investigation is still active, and more arrests are expected.
